Self-care simple daily habits that can help you balance your mind, body, and soul.

Life is about balance, and responsibilities can easily make us struggle on putting our self-care practice as a priority. I have learned that is so true as Les stated, if you do what is easy life will be hard and if you do what is hard, life becomes easy. That power statement has been in my consciousness as I have been implementing good healthy habits and cutting off bad ones, one day at a time. For some, routines are difficult and can be boring, which can be understood, for some like myself, it helps to stay sane. As my journey of discovering the importance of my well being, daily self -care routines have been a changer for me. We must realize that we all have 24 hours in a day and how you use those hours given to us can either help us create benefits or consequences to our future. And the funny thing, we all have this little voice in our head trying to convince us we lack time, I am guilty of this. And yes, life happens it is true and you will come across situations that would be unforeseen, but if you start one habit at least each day or per week that can help you be a better you, why not? Is then when you will start reflecting on how much better you deal with stress and you will catch yourself being more patient. Why? Because is all about balance. The yin-yang trick, and since this journey I have been really paying attention to how this metaphor plays a huge role in our life externally but more importantly internally. So after coming across to other wonderful bloggers and self-help great reads in their findings on how to implement daily self-care routines I knew that I had to try it for myself. So it is very refreshing when more people are becoming aware as I have on the mind, body, and soul connection. If you take time to focus on all three elements it can impact your life in wonders. Life is challenging and our health is not one-sided, most people when they speak on about health they think of the body, but it is so crucial to understanding our physical, mental and spiritual health are deeply connected and work together to create harmony or discontent in our lives.

So at this crucial time I even was able to convince my daughter and sister to join me on daily meditation at sunset, this brings me joy not only because I know is good for me but also able to share this experience and inspiring the two most important girls in my life on this self-care journey. Now I must admit, I have a huge advantage since I live at a bay in the beautiful state call Florida. But if you can I will definitely find an atmosphere in the outdoors and build an intimate relationship with nature, its good for you on so many levels. So here are some simple daily habits that have become beneficial to me. Now, this is my routine that I am trying to stick with, now you don't have to go by the same one to benefit from them, it really doesn't matter what order the most important is to find ways to impact the mind, body, and soul throughout the day. 1. For the mind...

While you are getting ready for the day, why not start with turning on a motivational podcast or YouTube Motivational Channel. Few of my favorites channels are: MulliganBrothers, Law of Attraction Coaching and Motivation Madness. For some, it may seem unproductive, but it helps me start my day on a positive note. If you are one of those that can get a workout in the a.m. Kudos to you. I like to do this right after my daily bible text reads. I feel words are powerful and I find them to set my mood up for the day. 2. For the soul...
